Madonnari Arts Festival in Harbor East

In 2007 the Madonnari Arts Festival moved to Harbor East in Baltimore. The festival was able to be a part of a yearly event called the Harbor East Fine Arts and Music Festival that drew thousands of visitors to Harbor East.

The Madonnari Arts Festival was able to incorporate more local artists and schools in Harbor East as well as attracting local celebrities such as Rick Dempsey.

The Festival was held every year in the summer. In 2011 the festival was put on hold due to the fact that the festival’s founder and producer, Michael Kirby, had to work outside of Maryland. The Madonnari Arts Festival would return to Baltimore in 2015 in Little Italy. Below you can find pictures of the Madonnari Arts Festival during its many years in Harbor East.
